Self control
my parents made me go to a see a therapist becuase of my depresion, and ive been going for a year and a half and they think things are going great, they think im working through it, ive even managed to convice my therapist im getting better.
its all because i wanted to prove to myself i can get myself past this, without anyones help that id prove i could be strong enough, and if i wasnt id probly kill myself. that was the plan and now i have to lie weekly becuase i still refuse to let anyone help me.
